Hotel Providence is a delightful place to stay if you want to explore downtown. The location couldn’t be better, with so many shops and restaurants just steps away. The staff made me feel incredibly welcome, always ready to assist. On the downside, my room felt a bit distant from the main area of the hotel, and the hallway had an uninviting industrial vibe that seemed out of place.

Rooms

My room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable king bed; however, I had a view of a brick wall.

I didn’t get to try the hotel’s restaurant due to a private party, but I did get to see some desserts that looked amazing. I look forward to visiting next time.

While I didn't get a chance to explore all the facilities, the lounge area looked cozy and inviting.

6.8/10

Our stay was quite enjoyable overall. The hotel’s proximity to downtown and local dining options was fantastic, making exploring the area a breeze. The rooms were well-kept and comfortable, but the view from our room was disappointing since it faced a blank wall. While the service was generally helpful, there were times when the front desk seemed understaffed, which could lead to longer wait times. Additionally, the valet parking was a bit pricey, which took us by surprise as we were trying to stick to a budget.

Rooms

The room was extremely clean and comfortable, but it had a view of a brick wall that wasn’t very appealing. Overall, it was well-appointed despite being somewhat dark.
Service
7.0
Service was helpful and friendly, though there were instances when there seemed to be a lack of staff at the front desk, which made finding assistance difficult at times.
Location
9.0
The hotel's central location was a major highlight, with numerous restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. It made our time in the city very convenient.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, with breakfast only available on weekends. This was somewhat disappointing since we were looking forward to starting our day with a good meal.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were decent but a bit sparse. Some basic amenities that are typically found in hotels, like a bar or everyday breakfast service, were noticeably absent.

Our stay at this lovely boutique hotel in Providence exceeded our expectations! The location was incredibly convenient, placing us right in the heart of the city, and the rooms were absolutely spotless and well-appointed. We truly enjoyed the spaciousness of the suite we had, although it was a bit pricier than expected for a single night. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making our trip feel special. On the downside, I found the parking fees a bit steep and the dining options could benefit from more variety.

This boutique hotel is a lovely retreat with a charming ambiance and attentive services. The proximity to various attractions and restaurants made it super convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were mostly clean and quite comfortable, though there were a few minor maintenance issues. Dining options were good, but there’s room for improvement in some areas. Overall, the experience was delightful, offering good value for money.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, the room quality left much to be desired, especially given the hefty price tag. The dining options seemed lacking, and I was disappointed with the overpriced fare at the in-house restaurant. However, the room did provide a quiet retreat away from the city noise.

Rooms
5.0
The room was average, featuring a large bed, but came with a view of neighboring brick walls instead of anything appealing. It did feel private away from the hallway sounds, which was nice.
Service
7.0
Service was polite and accommodating, but I didn't find anything exceptional that stood out during my stay.
Location
9.0
Located in a vibrant area with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby, I found the location to be one of the hotel's strong points.
Dining
5.0
Dining at the hotel was a letdown; I expected better quality for the price I paid. The options felt more like diner food than anything special.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities seemed basic; nothing that really added to my stay or made it feel special.
